What do we do?
We design, compile and deliver professional documentation to aid the end user in maintaining and managing their buildings.
Our services include Building Fabric Manuals, Health & Safety Files in accordance with The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, and Building User Guides.
We offer a friendly, efficient and professional service, providing bespoke documents to suit each individual project and your client’s requirements. You provide a list of your designers and trade contractors, and we request and collate the documents. We also won’t give up at PC, and will continue to chase until all the required information is received, and a final, complete issue can be made.
Communication throughout the process is key - Teams meetings are included to keep you in touch with how the documents are progressing, and a tracker is provided on a regular basis. We’re always happy to talk and can attend a DTM /CDM Workshop if required.
Your completed Building Manuals, etc, are hosted on your own SharePoint site for 12 months after PC, allowing for minor amendments / updates should they be needed.
We are fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability cover - details available on request.
